Kamco Lock Solutions Sells, Services and Installs Mechanical and Electrified Door Hardware, High & Low Energy Power Openers and provides Professional Locksmith services throughout New England.
We currently have a Full-time Inside Sales position available at our Londonderry, NH facility.
We are looking for an energetic team player who has excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Team environment, handling multiple sales tasks.
Job Details:
· Support Outside Sales Executive as needed - work closely together to Close Opportunities
· Builds and maintains customers relationships.
· Prepare reports of KLS business sales transactions as requested
· Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
· Assist with the KLS customer counter sales
· Assist other members of the sales team as needed
· Be proactive in the solicitation of business which includes job follow-up, quotation follow-up, sales tape audits (call customers who have fallen behind in purchases), special product emphasis, new credit aps, and other lead sources.
· Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
· Answer the phone and redirect call to appropriate person
· Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
· Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
· Attend trade shows and sales events as needed
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Commercial Door Hardware, we will train the right person as needed
· Strong computer and communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, math aptitude, diplomacy, and computer literacy
