Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.</p><p>Join us as a <strong>Software Specialist</strong> on our <strong>Inside Sales</strong> team in <strong>Nashville, TN / Round Rock, TX / Oklahoma City, OK / Remote-US</strong> to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.</p><p><strong>What you’ll achieve</strong></p><p>As an Inside Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals</li><li><p>Recommend business solutions, products and services based on the client’s need</p></li><li><p>Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions</p></li><li>Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team</li><li>Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts</li></ul><p><strong>Take the first step towards your dream career</strong></p><p>Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
