The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. This role will develop and deliver solutions across Workday HCM, focusing on business enablement and user experience. This position will be key in partnering with stakeholders across NIO offices globally.

Responsibilities Responsible for US Workday Recruiting, HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, Integrations, and User training and support. Maintains and supports the Workday to ADP PICOF Integration. Establishes strong relationships with internal stakeholders and works closely with them to deliver efficient system solutions to critical initiatives and projects. Collaborates with Global HRIS teams in China and Europe. Creates and maintains Time Off and Leave plans. Manages security permissions and Business Process Configuration. Creates and maintains reporting, dashboards, alerts, and custom notifications. Supports all Workday system integrations (e.g., benefit vendors, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Stock). Able to create and maintain Calculated Fields. Supports supervisory org changes, locations, cost centers, role assignments, job profiles, etc. Develop and document standard operating procedures for using and maintaining Workday. Optimizes and streamlines existing functionality and configuration. Performs detailed data analysis and troubleshoots system issues. Implements data management processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and security. Supports SOX audits by providing system audit evidence as requested by auditors.

Qualifications BA or BS required, preferably in Computer Science or Human Resources. Minimum 3+ years of Workday hands-on experience is required. Expertise in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence. Knowledgeable with Workday system integrations, EIBs, Connectors, etc. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and changing environment. Detailed-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance. Solid understanding of HR Operations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage confidential information professionally. Skilled with using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Nice to Have Proficiency in Mandarin. Familiarity with US employment law and practices. Lark Enterprise Suite.
