Account Coordinator

Our retail client is looking for an Account Coordinator with some project management experience for an immediate contract to hire role; this role meets onsite 2-3 times per week and will work closely with the Strategy and Product departments. Ideally looking for at least one year post graduate experience in a Project or Account role and agency experience is a plus! We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support projects within our customer research program. The role is up to 20 hrs/week (with potential to become full time). This individual will need to have strong project management skills, feel comfortable with data/analytics, and be eager to champion our customers. Responsibilities Create and manage project timelines, maintain project status reporting, manage project meetings, and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met Maintain current processes, workflows, and project/process documentation; provide feedback for continuous improvement to project workflows Manage vendor relationships, keeping track of hours used and tasks completed, checking the quality of work provided, and ensuring progress aligns with our roadmap Aid our IT team in automating current processes Manage feedback and requests from internal and external stakeholders Assist in project management teams as needed Assist Strategy and Product team as needed Qualifications 1+ years' post graduate experience in a project or account role Must be detailed and organized. Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets. Must have strong verbal and writing skills.
