Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and repair both recreational & commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
· Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency.
· Utilize your expertise to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
· Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

• Operates basic hand and power tools.
• Uses electrical meters, meggers, and measuring devices.
• Develops and uses Technical Documents & Work Packages.
• Schedules, reports, and briefs customers and management.
• Connects motors, compressors, temperature controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels and connects to power sources.
• Accurately write condition-found reports and service orders detailing results of inspections, tests, noted discrepancies, and repair recommendations.
• Provide supervision, leadership, and guidance to junior personnel assigned. Ability to work with little supervision when required.
• High School or GED graduate required. (Not Mandatory)
• Universal EPA Certification(Not Mandatory)
• Five (5) years experience. (Not Mandatory)
• Completion of an apprentice program or military equivalent.(Not Mandatory)
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
• Pass background screening to qualify for TWIC & DBIDS For base access. (Not Mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite programs.
• Requires to pass a pre-employment drug screen. (Not Mandatory)

License:
· EPA Universal Certified (Considerable for Experienced)
