- Education: High School Diploma or greater

- Expertise in HVAC functions, ductwork modifications, and design
- Exceptional communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers
- Strong leadership qualities and a solid work ethic
- Excellent analytical and logical skills, with attention to detail
- Background: Stable work history
- HVAC certification from a recognized program
- Knowledge of HVAC licensing requirements
