Spectrum Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Technician to install air conditioning units, replace parts, and clean ducts in the Ft. Myers, FL area. This position typically works Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 5 pm, with an occasional Saturday shift . We pay our HVAC Installation Technicians a competitive wage of $25 - $35/hr .

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • EPA certification
  • Working knowledge of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  • Ability to balance air and water treatment systems according to HVAC protocols
  • Valid driver's license
