We are looking for a critical finance team member to support the development of the companywide annual financial plan, preparation of internal financial reports, and perform financial analysis related to existing operations and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial modeling, advanced Excel proficiency, diverse FP&A experiences, and the ability to continuously improve key processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ROI calculations to support strategic decision-making. Assist in the evaluation of the profitability of business opportunities through the utilization ROI, NPV, and IRR modeling and analysis. Run, distribute, and maintain various financial reports for internal stakeholders on various cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.) Maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow, and to evaluate investment opportunities. Help prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management including quarterly board presentations, providing insights into financial performance and key metrics. Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans. Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance. Support the Manager of FP&A in the management of Capex planning including monthly reporting and the annual budgeting process. Under the direction of the Sr. Director and Manager of FP&A, assist in the completion of NPS concession contract bids and support post award process, reporting, and analysis as necessary. Assist in the preparation of annual pro forma vs. actual analysis to evaluate completed transaction performance vs. original pro forma projections. Stay informed about industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.

Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree in Finance or Accounting required. 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with a focus on financial modeling. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise presentations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software applications is a plus.

COMPENSATION

: The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
