Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (Floater)
Location: Martinez, CA (Home Base)
Salary Range: $30 - $34 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the first aid station with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate on-site clinic services and report to the nursing supervisor, Clinical Medical Director, and Operations Manager.
  • Assist in disability management, fitness for duty exams, and return-to-work programs.
  • Support local absence control programs and serve as a resource to employees and local management.
  • Collaborate with local HR and supervisors on the Disability Management Program.
  • Work closely with Occupational Physicians, PA/NP, and site staff on injury management and illness programs.
  • Travel to various job assignments throughout California (possibly Nationwide)
Job Requirements:
  • Current LPN/LVN license with the State of California.
  • Certification from an accredited school.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel on short notice for extended periods.
  • Current Basic Life Support Card (CPR/AED) from the American Heart Association.
  • IV Blood Draw Certification and current experience or completion of a refresher course.
  • Successful completion of skills assessment test.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Worker's Compensation claims handling preferred.
  • Occupational Medical Health experience preferred.
  • Experience in injury/illness case management preferred.
  • Current TWIC card or ability to obtain one within one (1) month from the hire date.
  • Must be able to drive on behalf of the company.
  • Active CA Driver's License required.
