Human Resources Manager

We are currently looking for Human Resources Manager to join the team. You'll need to:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
  • Maintain company employee directory, maintain employee records in the HR system and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and paid time off

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements in multiple states
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience leading organizational change initiatives
  • Proficient in running salaried payroll and processing expense reimbursements
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present HR metrics to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience developing and teaching content to managers and supervisors to increase their leadership capabilities
