As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.<p><b><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></b><p><ul><li> Provide full cycle recruiting to support manufacturing plants with hourly and salary roles </li> <li> Perform employee investigations and work with HR Manager to resolve workplace conflicts </li> <li> Perform onboarding tasks and new hire orientation </li> <li> Work with immigration to onboard transfers and local hires </li> <li> Assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions </li> <li> Manage Leaves of Absence with 3rd party and return to work </li> <li> Perform exit and stay interview discussions, and work with HR Manager to define areas to improve </li> <li> Facilitate the activities committee; develop and manage calendar of events </li> <li> Support backup of HR team member duties </li> <li> Create reports and track KPI's </li> </ul><p><b><b>Your Qualifications</b></b><p><ul><li> Four-year degree in Human Resources or Business discipline </li> <li> Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources supporting business functions </li> <li> Understanding of business financials and HR metrics </li> <li> Assertive problem solver </li> <li> Able to build relationships across all disciplines </li> <li> Ability to prioritize and make decisions </li> <li> Take concepts, develop solutions and drive projects to completion </li> <li> Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills </li> <li> Able to develop, present programs and have a continuous improvement mindset </li> </ul><p><b><b>Our Offering</b></b><p><ul><li> See all benefits available at www.schaefflerbenefits.com </li> </ul><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
