Primary technical contact for customers using FLIR OEM sensors and cameras. Role includes engineering project activities, product validation, documentation, problem solving, presentations, and reporting. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Assists customers with design, integration, troubleshooting for thermal cameras and sensors. Support OEM Sales Team and customers with technology demonstrations. Provide product training for customers, sales reps and other FLIR personnel. Provide data analysis, reports, and feedback within engineering as requested. Create tech application notes, test documents, FAQs, user guides, product specifications. Identifies, analyze, resolves complex problems affecting cameras and sensors.
