A Construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their PM's and Accounting team.

*Duties include:*
* Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a large commercial construction project. This includes all PM support, meeting deadlines for paperwork, and ensuring Accounting is up to date with supporting documents.
* Pay applications entry and discrepancy research.
* Accounts Payable and Billing for projects.

*Qualifications:*
* At least two years working in Construction project support
* Must have entered Pay Applications
* Excel- must be able to create a Pivot Table
