WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Freelance Account Director to lead a diverse portfolio of culturally-relevant activations with one of our leading clients. You are a problem solver, storyteller, and dedicated to forging long-term client relationships with an uncanny ability to juggle lots of things at once. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading integrated campaigns at a high-level but also cares deeply about getting the complex details right. You are the one everyone else wants to work with and for.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES) Serve as an integral member of a major financial services brand team within the agency, with responsibility for developing and managing client business Oversee the client's Shop Small initiatives and other Brand moments by strategically guiding the activation process for the chosen events Develop rapport with clients, partner agencies and sponsorship partners, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise Lead the development and activation of strategic solutions (sponsorship activation, event marketing, offers/promotions, and appropriate media support) which build brand equity and deliver results for the client Guide cross-functional teams through the development and activation of complex client programs, from strategic briefs through ideation, production, and execution Build a thorough understanding of the client's business, goals, and KPIs, and analyze client results into actionable takeaways Plan and execute assignments that are on strategy, on time, and on budget Deliver polished client presentations Oversee the financial aspects of the programs/account(s) Stay abreast of industry and competitive trends in the marketplace to identify other opportunities Travel as needed Manage and mentor direct report(s); fostering an environment of mutual respect, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback, and professional development Supporting Momentum's Values All other duties as assigned HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS )

Bachelor's degree, preferred 8+ years related experience in marketing 3+ years agency experience preferred An entrepreneurial attitude. Pro-active thinking. Ability to drive thoughtful dialog, own a room and roll with the punches This Director needs to be a master tactician but a big thinker as well - both skills are necessary and required for the role Strong integrated marketing skills - understanding of how to drive strategy development through creative concepting and on to event/program execution Successful and resourceful client manager with an ability to build relationships and business effectively Keen ability to identify opportunities and resolve challenges Previous experience guiding integrated, multi-disciplinary teams to meet client goals - successful with time management and clear delegation Experience managing/training/mentoring more junior team members Experience building and managing budgets Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently between accounts and projects Located in the NYC market strongly preferred MOMENTUM BENEFITS

Hybrid Work model - in office work days include Tuesday & Wednesday, with the ability to work from home Monday, Thursday and Friday. Holidays and Winter Break (agency closes between Christmas and New Years holidays)

SALARY RANGE The salary range for this position is $2500 to $3000 per week. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
