Analyst

will use knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to service the company's user community by optimizing the performance and functionality of the company's 2020 Insight software system.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekend Hours

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Ensure data is accurate and flows smoothly throughout the system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data processes, ensuring seamless data flow between the ERP system and other applications or databases. Create and uphold data rules and policies. CPI - evaluate and implement improved processes as well as automate tasks. Train and support end users on data-related tasks Address and fix any data issues that come up. Keep clear records of how data is managed. Partnering with the Operations Manager as required to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions. Create and disseminate progress report to upper management. Investigate and resolve data-related issues, such as data inconsistencies, system errors, and performance bottlenecks, collaborating with technical teams as needed. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project. Required Skills

SQL, 2020 Insight system Software Management: 2 Years, Manufacturing systems or 2020 Insight preferred. Ability to occasionally travel long distance, with some overnight stays. Ability to work with tight deadlines, this position requires a high level of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organization and time management Associate degree or higher preferred About the Company
