The role involves providing skilled assessments, medical treatments, and patient education, as well as working independently as part of a multidisciplinary team. Education/Experience Requirements

• Required:
  • A graduate of an accredited nursing institution
  • One year of experience in a medical surgical or related setting
• Preferred:
  • An associates or Bachelors of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Experience in Home Care

Licensure/Certification Requirements

• Required:
  • Current New York State RN Licensure
  • Current and valid NY State Driver's License
• Preferred:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - must receive BLS certification within six weeks of hire date
