Home Care Nurse - Bloomington, MN (#1)

We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Part-Time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 15-year-old female in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! Details for this client's case: - Case is located in Bloomington, MN - 15 yr. old Female - CP - Epilepsy - Hydrocephaly with VP - ShuntAcure/Chronic Respiratory Failure - BiPap Overnight and during naps - Vest tx - GT Dependent - Week 1: Friday 8am - 6pm Week 2: Friday 8am - 6pm - 1 dog (emotional support/service) Responsibilities: - Administer nursing care to client - Help maintain patients' treatment plan - Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors - Maintain accurate patient medical records - Provide advice and support to patients and their family members Qualifications: - Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients - RN or LPN Minnesota License - Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Benefits: (For Full-Time Employees Only) - ICHRA Program - Supplemental Group Insurance available - PTO - Flexible Scheduling Salary: $27.00 - $36.35 per hour Position: This position is Part-Time There are Full-Time and/or Part-Time positions available by adding other cases/clients.
