Position Title: CAM Program Manager & Coordinator Manager Assistant

Purpose within the Organization:

The purpose of this position is to aid the Program Manager in the College of Arts & Media.

Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

Assist Coordinator in office duties which include but are not limited to: Departmental budget review Departmental purchasing Campus tours Discover GCU events New Student Orientations Free Arts days High School Student Matinees Creation of Department Flyers Other duties as assigned Equipment used and responsibility:

Computer Copier Paper Cutter Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Must be able to work 20 hours a week, with some availability on weekends as needed Hours would be flexed should weekend work be required. Student should have customer service skills A working knowledge of all COFAP degree programs is highly recommended Education:

Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program. Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student. Maintain good financial standing with the University. You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
