This role is responsible for establishing the Supply Chain Portfolio Management offense and driving the activities of this offense to ensure performance metrics have been set for key initiatives, prioritization criteria have been established, and funds / resources have been committed to the programs / capabilities that promise to deliver the most value across Nike. Objectives and Key Results planning framework. Agile delivery framework (e.g., Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, & Reviews). Typical responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to: People Development: understanding the strengths of the team and helping them grow in their roles / careers.
