Manager Business Development (Staffing)

Generate new business partnerships in Staffing industry and help expand on pre-existing relationships. This position will contact prospective clients, secure new business, develop strategic relationships and maintain relationships with clients by positioning Tech Observer in a professional and positive manner.

Job Requirements: · HIGH LEVEL, DEEP ROOTED contacts in MSP/ Staffing Industry focusing on different industries and verticals ranging from small business to Fortune 500. · Strategically develop and maintain high level client sponsorships and partnerships. · Manage and build upon legacy corporate relationships. · On-going client account management and new client solicitation. · Develop winning customer sales strategies by understanding customer requirements, solution alternatives, service capabilities and competitive offerings for assigned accounts. · Attend conferences and travel extensively to generate new business leads.

Education and Experience: · Minimum 5+ years of experience working in Staffing industry. · Proven track record of new business development gained within a staffing environment. To be successful in this role you will be a strong relationship builder, comfortable in a high pressure, new business focused position.
