Requirements
- High School Diploma; College degree preferred
- Minimum of at least 2 years as a General Manager with P&L responsibilityExperience in the Restaurant Industry, preferred.
- Great communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Must have a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
- Ability to understand financial reports
- Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize and to organize.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Available 45 to 50 hours per week; able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectivelyThis includes weekends and closing shifts as dictated by the restaurant's needs.
