Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first. *Position Overview: *We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and highly motivated candidate for the position of Driver Manager (Fly-in Manager)to manage a group of drivers within a specific region. *Benefits:* * Competitive Pay: $$ Annual Salary * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance. * 401 (k) match. * Immediate PTO Accrual. *Responsibilities:* * Responsible for helping our Fly in team, which coordinates sending drivers to different locations across the United States * Helping coordinate with drivers on flights and hotel stays while keeping cost efficiency in play * Critically think about ways to save and become more cost efficient in the process of travel and hotels. *Qualifications:* * 2+ years supervisory experience. * Transportation, supply chain or logistics experience is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Solid analytical skills. * Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude. * Creative problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate multiple solutions to make sound decisions. * Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines. * Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs. * High School or equivalent * Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends _10 Roads Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
