Position Overview: AccelESG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering ESG projects for our clients, ensuring high standards of performance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget. Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives in line with client objectives and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations and decision-making processes. Prepare and present comprehensive ESG reports and documentation to clients and stakeholders. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to promote transparency and foster trust.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or a related field. Strong knowledge of ESG principles and their application. Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or Six-Sigma certification is mandatory.
