As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.<p><b><b>Your Key Responsibilities</b></b><p><ul><li>Implements maintenance standards, and defines maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.</li> <li>Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.</li> <li>Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.</li> <li>Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.</li> <li>Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.</li> <li>Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.</li> <li>Manage team of maintenance technicians</li> </ul><p><b><b>Your Qualifications</b></b><p>Required: <br /> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree combined with work experience in this field</li> <li>3 years of progressive management experience</li> <li>External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship</li> </ul> <br />Preferred: <br /> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering field of study</li> </ul><p><b><b>Our Offering</b></b><p><ul><li>Hiring Bonus: $500 after first 90 days of employment and an additional $500 after 180 days of employment</li> <li>Medical, dental and vision insurance</li> <li>Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match</li> <li>Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits</li> </ul><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
