Provides technical assistance to other data processing personnel on problems dealing with operating systems, computers, utility programs, system control parameter.

Oversees timely delivery of quality technical support to internal and external customers.

This individual will be supporting the helpdesk. Oversees timely delivery of quality technical support to internal and external customers. Manages help desk personnel and develops policies and procedures governing how to troubleshoot IT issues, including identification, documentation, distribution, and resolution. May assess new products or services and suggest enhancements to senior management. Relies on extensive knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals. Significant ingenuity and flexibility is expected.

Required Skills

Hardware/software support to end users; installs hardware and software on servers or workstations; does other related work. Experience in a Windows environment Telephone communication skills Maintenance or installation of basic application programs and support, (i.e., password reset, user management) Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, TEAMS, SharePoint Knowledge of Service Now
