The Project Manager would be responsible for ensuring the execution of the contract to government standards and to CW Resources expectations. The Project Manager must be able to obtain and maintain clearance to the site.<br><br><ul><li>Oversees Custodial team which is composed of individuals with disabilities. </li><li>Supervises a small crew of Custodial Workers, including performance evaluations, leave requests, and initiating disciplinary recommendations.</li><li>Plans, schedules, and monitors the work of the Custodial team.</li><li>Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining, tracking, computing, and adjustments to attendance records and payroll.</li><li>Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data.</li><li>Participates in all phases of custodial work.</li><li>Inspects work in progress and upon completion.</li><li>Inspects buildings and equipment to determine the need for cleaning.</li><li>Reports the need for building repairs.</li><li>Orders and maintains the appropriate tools, equipment, supplies, and other materials needed for cleaning and maintaining buildings and/or surrounding areas.</li><li>Maintains records, prepares activity reports, and requisitions for supplies and equipment when necessary.</li><li>May train Custodial Workers on the proper use of equipment and materials.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications & Education Requirements:</strong> <br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Associate degree in related field (Preferred) </li><li>Minimum of (3) three years' supervisory experience in a commercial custodial setting.</li><li>Experience working with persons with disabilities or disabling conditions</li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul><br><strong>Required Skills:</strong> <br><br><ul><li>Knowledge of how to operate in a managerial role. </li><li>Knowledge of how to effectively schedule workers. </li><li>Familiarity with Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel. </li><li>Ability to organize and establish work processes. </li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications and Education:</strong> <br><br><ul><li>Strong commitment to a high level of service and quality standards. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, develop, and lead teams. </li><li>Ability to plan and organize. </li><li>Proficient in technological and computer software skills. </li></ul><br>If you meet these qualifications and are eager to start a new job with CW Resources, we encourage you to <strong>APPLY</strong> today!<br><br><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity</strong><br><br>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
