As the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of quality control, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards. You'll lead a team to maintain product integrity and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You'll oversee everything from inspections to implementing protocols that keep operations in line with regulations, ensuring products are not just safe but of the highest quality.

Responsibilities: - Directly manage all Quality Assurance associates.

- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards including SQF Code, HACCP, and customer requirements.

- Manage internal and external product sampling and environmental testing.

- Oversee daily Quality Assurance inspections for compliance.

- Develop and maintain SOPs for Food Safety Management.

- Lead internal audits for continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement Food Safety Plans and SQF programs.

- Communicate essential information for SQF implementation.

- Manage departmental non-conformances and corrective actions.

- Provide food safety training to employees.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills: - BS Degree or Engineering preferred.

- SQF Practitioner certification.

- HACCP training and experience in implementing Food Safety plans.

- Knowledge of quality assurance management systems and food safety standards.

Education: Bachelors

Experience: 4-7 years

Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience Quality Assurance management in the food manufacturing industry.

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
