Health Advocates Network is hiring a  Physical Therapist (X Year Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in  Kodak, TN.

• Travel pay packages up to $2,023.00 weekly
• Local pay rate $46.00 per hour

***  with  $500  sign-on bonus (after the first week) and  $500  completion bonus  ***

• Shift: Days (8hrs)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract length: 12 weeks

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited physical therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state  (TN); Or Compact license.
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
• 1+ years experience within the specialty
• Additional certifications may be required.
