My staff and I are looking to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist to work alongside our Rehab team. Full-time benefits are provided with all positions between 30-40 hours/week. Our full-time OT position provides outpatient-based OT services as well as care to those patients that are inpatient and swing bed (a mix of SNF and Rehab). A majority of our therapy sessions are provided in 1-on-1, patient-focused, 45-minute durations. You will have the opportunity to provide services to ALL ages. Our rural community is known for its work-life balance. Many of our employees prefer NOT to work 40+ hours a week but instead get to experience life with time for family/friends, hobbies, the outdoors, etc. If you are interested in relocation and new beginnings, we would love to hear from you.
