POSITION: SMS Instructional Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS: Application Deadline: Until Filled

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and requirements
• Works well with and understands the needs of at-risk students
• Utilizes a variety of resources to engage students
• Ability to manage and track student progress and course completion in an online platform
• Handle clerical functions related to job responsibilities
• Must be willing to work with classroom teachers to ensure that students may complete courses through non-traditional means when necessary.
• Responsible, strong work ethic, flexible
• Good communication skills
• Maintains satisfactory attendance
• Complies with Corporation Bylaws, Policies and Employee Handbook
