This includes repairing equipment, completing PMs, installing new equipment and completing work orders in a safe and timely mannerResponsibilities: Organizing labor to optimize necessary maintenance activities Repair of plant equipment Identify common cause downtime issues and devote resources to resolve Perform and optimize preventive maintenance activities Maintain condition of tools Ensures that all machinery is functioning properly to meet production requirements Makes proper adjustments during the shift to meet changing conditions Develop training program for each night shift maintenance tech to improve skill sets Facilitate communication between maintenance techs Ensure compliance with the Brazeway Quality Plan and 5S + Safety Program Other maintenance duties as assigned Education and Experience: Experience with TPM program Continuous improvement skill knowledge Technical skills to analyze equipment issues and resolve in a timely fashionLeadership skills and abilities: Ability to develop employees' interpersonal and technical skills.Technical skills: Welding Hydraulic troubleshooting, repair and install Pneumatic troubleshooting, repair and install Electrical troubleshooting, repair and install General metal machining PLC troubleshooting Basic computer skills
