HDR is looking for an Interior Designer with the technical skills and desire to support our Charlotte Architecture Studio. In the role of Interior Designer, we'll count on you to:
Possess a strong working knowledge of the interior design and architectural design documentation practices. Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and possess the following; strong oral and written communication skills, strong presentation and documentation skills, and a professional level understanding of the overall interior design process from programming through construction administration. Be a team player, who will be focused on collaboration and have the ability to maintain a positive attitude despite challenging circumstances. Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp/ Rhino (or similar), the Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Experience with Healthcare, Education & Science, and Federal project types LEED AP WELL AP Local candidates are preferred *LI-SM1 Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant design firm environment NCIDQ certificate holder ID license in state where applicable
