At least 4 years' experience as a Drywall Estimator, with a sharp focus on drywall installations. A keen eye for detail and the ability to decipher construction blueprints and technical documents with ease. Proficiency in industry-standard construction estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam and PlanSwift. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, making collaboration with teams and clients a breeze. A knack for negotiation, ensuring contracts and change orders are in our favor. The ability to work autonomously, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
