Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

Has the overall responsibility to ensure that all station operations are performed in a consistent manner with the agreed procedures and protocol in accordance with company, TSA, airport, and client standards. With direction from the Program Manager, the APM will focus on contract compliance, training standards, new hire and recurrent training, and quality assurance inspections/audits.

Responsibilities:

Conduct aviation security training for airport new hire employees and in-service training for existing personnel Responsible for contract compliance observing, monitoring, reporting as well as recommendations for corrective action Liaise with company airport managers and administrators to follow up on various training department needs Liaise with various departments in HDQ where necessary (notable Human Resources/Recruiting, Compliance, Operations and Finance) to maintain internal workflow Assist in the field with airport quality assurance audits and spot checks Assist with special projects and business continuity as needed Ensure all security functions are performed in accordance with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations and corporate policies Evaluate station attendance and performance deficiencies and administer corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources policies Administer payroll reporting within the established guidelines and deadlines. Ensure cost effective measures across the station Responsible for station compliance relating to all reporting procedures; administer procedural changes and ensure they are communicated effectively and efficiently with staff Conduct daily briefings and occasional staff meetings Safeguarding company equipment and vehicles Take direction from the Program Manager and implement policies Be responsive to the client Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

Must have 3+ years management experience Prior experience with and keen understanding of airport security programs A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees. HS Diploma or G.E.D Must be 21 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify Must have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse cultures Willing and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative results Must be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references) Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge with Customs seal as distributed by local airport authority and US Customs and Border Patrol Must be able to pass any initial and recurrent training classes as administered by the company, and/or local airport authority Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer) Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook Must obtain and maintain throughout course of employment a valid SIDA badge with Customs seal A.C.E certification preferred Language Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in writing grammatically correct industry specific technical content suitable for report writing, legal documentation, and employee notifications. A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, and involves exposure to noise, chemical, and other contaminants, moving mechanical hazards, and extremes of temperature and weather conditions. Must have sufficient visual acuity, with or without corrective lenses; sufficient auditory ability, with or without audio logical devices; able to tolerate exposure to noise levels up to 120 decibels; capable of being on one's feet for extended periods of time and lifting 50 pounds unassisted.

Reasoning Ability:

Must understand their role as a manager, and exhibit sound judgment and decision making as it applies to their responsibility They must have the ability to follow directions and outlined policies and procedures. Must be able to recognize a hazardous situation or breach of security and act accordingly in proper manner.
