About the Practice:

Triangle Family Dentistry's AB&B Management is the central billing office for multiple dental practices that provides the following services without patient interface: insurance verifications for treatment, database management for insurance plans, and maintain current eligibility status for patients to ensure proper coverage.

Responsibilities:
What Youll Do:
  • Study Insurance Plans: Learn the ins and outs of various insurance plans to effectively manage and understand coverage nuances.
  • Document Insurance Information: Keep accurate records of basic insurance details in patient files for quick reference.
  • Support the Appointment Coordinator: Provide patient names and amounts due to ensure smooth and effective over-the-counter collections.
  • Process and Review Reports: Identify financial concerns and note any payment issues in patient charts based on scheduled reports.
  • Verify Insurance Information: Confirm required documentation for claims processing with insurance companies, including x-rays, charting, and narratives.
  • Correspond with Insurance Companies: Verify benefits and gather additional information to determine patient cost shares.
  • Handle Insurance Inquiries: Manage daily inquiries from the dental office regarding insurance matters.
  • Flexible Team Player: Be willing to assist in other areas as needed to support the teams success.

  • This is an onsite position with possbility of hybrid schedule traveling to local office
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of dental insurances.
  • Experience with Tab32 or Cloud9 software is a plus
  • Knowledge of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Skilled in the use of standard office equipment, including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers, and computer software (MS Excel, Word, Practice Management software)
