Support the day-to-day activities of a Land Acquisition Manager or Vice President of Land Acquisition. Job responsibilities include data collection and entry, data tracking and scrubbing, researching parcels for relevant zoning, utilities, environmental, topography or other factors that could prohibit or impact residential development. The position includes a mix of in office and out of office responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related fields. Must be a self-starter and a driven individual.
