Part-time LPN (Friday & Saturday)

Job Title: Part-Time (Friday and Saturday) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Part-Time LPN to join our Resident Care department. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing Resident Care leadership and working closely with our Executive Director to ensure that the services offered meet or exceed federal, state, and local standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and care planning for all residents to ensure that their needs and services are met.
- Coordinate and manage all nursing and resident care services.
- Supervise nurses and resident care staff in the delivery of care services and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Compile nursing charts and binders in accordance with AHCA standards.
- Participate in direct service staff recruitment, selection, orientation, and in-service education.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to long-term care.
