Float Radiologic Technologist
RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is a leading provider of radiology services. We are seeking a skilled Float Radiologic Technologist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic imaging services to patients and referring specialists at multiple centers within the market. This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Imaging (85%):
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images in assigned areas.
- Perform quality control tasks as assigned.
- Promote excellent customer relations with patients, physicians, visitors, and other company personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure good safety habits for patients and coworkers.
- Accurately maintain patient records within the Radiologic Information System (RIS).
- Work with a Fluoroscopy C-Arm in Surgical and Outpatient procedures.
- Department Support (10%):
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to employee involvement.
- Assist in maintaining an updated radiographic protocol manual.
- Answer department phone calls.
- Other Duties (5%):
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
