WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will manage a team of owned and paid channels marketing professionals who are accountable for delivering against B2B demand generation and eCommerce goals. You will partner with the marketing functional leaders on setting plans and objectives. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills paired with strategic and analytical mindset. WHERE YOULL WORK This position will work hybrid in our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office. We will consider remote candidates in the United States. HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME In collaboration with the Product Marketing teams develop integrated marketing campaign plans that support business objectives and are coherent with customer needs, behaviors and expectations. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across channels and audiences ensuring that they achieve business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. Develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts who are accountable for delivering best-in-class campaigns either directly or through agencies and channel partners. Partner the Brand & Communications team to ensure that campaign messaging is aligned with strategy and informed by intimate customer knowledge. Provide feedback on in-market results and testing to inform content development. Actively participate in the selection and ongoing performance evaluation of media agencies and vendors. Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future campaign strategy and messaging Foster strong engagement and healthy collaboration within the organization, specifically with sales operations and sales teams Reporting and presenting: prepare and present reports on campaign and channel performance to senior management and other stakeholders Stay updated on industry trends: They stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Education & Years of Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business Minimum 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns including strong paid media background 5+ years in a management role including manager of people manager Significant track record in driving pipeline growth in B2B demand generation models and in direct eCommerce sales Strong track record of executional excellence with proven success implementing sophisticated...
