RN provides ongoing quality assurance for programing under the medication administration program (MAP), supports certified staff in medication management, and acts a clinical support for Licensed Practical Nurses in the division. RN will help with monitoring and implementing clinical / medical protocols as needed to ensure staff have necessary training on supporting the client's clinical and medical complexities. RN participates as part of a multidisciplinary team including case management, OT, direct service, and social work staff. Position requires someone who is self-motivated and thrives in an autonomous environment.Schedule is a Flexible, Monday- Friday day shift position with rotating on call responsibilities.Qualifications: Required- Registered Nurse licensure, with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience; excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to ever changing needs.
