Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee front desk operations and greet clients professionally.
  • Provide administrative support and manage communications efficiently.
  • Coordinate office activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role, ideally within a law firm or professional setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of legal software is advantageous.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
