What is a Field Sales Manager?
As a Field Sales Manager at Swire Coca-Cola, your role entails overseeing and driving sales performance in a specific geographical area. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop sales strategies, foster key customer relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales plans to achieve business objectives. This dynamic position requires a results-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Effectively train, supervise and motivate sales staff to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of budget, sales, profit, pricing and marketing share goals
• Track and report progress to ensure that programs are being executed and goals are achieved
• Work in a collaborative environment sharing the best practices of the trade
• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• 2 years of experience in a sales/customer service environment
• Technology experience – Microsoft Office, Margin Minder, iPhone/Smartphone devices a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
