SUMMARY

The Team Lead, Data Integrity is responsible for establishing and implementing data quality standards and procedures to maintain data accuracy and completeness within the Priority ERP system. The Team Lead, Data Integrity will troubleshoot and execute data cleansing strategies to address inconsistencies and errors in the system and optimize database accuracy in reporting and workflow processing, supporting all departments within IMS. Additional activities include data base clean-up/accuracy projects, report compilation, data analysis, reconciliation, and issue resolution. This position works closely with the IT department to recommend modifications to improve data integrity and works with Quality to create and maintain database documentation and procedures to support accreditation and compliance efforts using tools such as Microsoft Visio and SharePoint.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Defining business operational areas that can be automated to achieve process efficiency and accuracy and presenting these opportunities to the Master Data Management team and/or Technical IT Support* Partner with SC PMO & IT team to design and deploy BI and business operations process solutions* Support the construction of data governance model leading to improved data integrity feeding into all areas of business intelligence activities* Partner with Business Analyst, Data Integrity colleagues to ensure a successful end-of-month close each month* Use Visual Basic in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint* Use Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline business processes* Develop test plans and software documentation to support new releases as well as code modifications* Support Head of Business Intelligence & Master Data Management to establish talent retention, reposition, and acquisition program to support business growth strategy* Works in a team environment requiring regular interaction with Managers, Site Leads, Buyers, Inventory Planners, IT, Quality, and Finance to complete assigned supply chain tasks* Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

Minimum Required Qualifications

One (1) year of industry experience in a direct or cross functional capacity

Preferred Qualifications

Two years Purchasing or Inventory Control Experience in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college

For this position, the expected base pay is: $29.75 - $40.25/ Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
