• The NICU RN will provide care for patients with life-threatening conditions or comorbidities requiring sophisticated organ support and invasive monitoring.
• The Critical Care nurse will work in a highly challenging environment requiring deep thinking, strong knowledge, and quick thinking to care for the highest acuity level patients.
• The NICU nurse will be adept at working with patients with different conditions: overdose, post-surgery, trauma, chronic illness, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BLS and ACLS
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Passionate about patient care
• Requires a minimum of two years of current RN NICU experience.
• Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
• Active unencumbered RN Arkansas state license
• One year of Epic experience

• COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.

• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
