Design Sales Consultant - Baltimore - (req**)

Location: Baltimore, MD As a Design Sales Consultant you will be responsible for maximizing sales volume and ensure satisfaction levels by implementing the Kohler Signature Stores Premium Client Service standards. Specific responsibilities include: client development and sales generation, s tore operations, and outside business development.

Knowledge in plumbing industry

Skills in relationship building a plus

Gross Margin targets specific to Store location

* Candidate will possess 3 years high-end sales / service experience, preferably in the kitchen and bath industry. Undergraduate degree is needed, with a specialization in interior design is preferred. Must possess strong verbal and written skills, and successfully complete the Kohler Certification program.

• Needs to be capable of creating and communicating product and / or design solutions in a timely manner and articulate why to buy from The KOHLER Signature Store.
• Career path for this job function may lead to a Senior Project Design Consultant position once metrics and appropriate business development standards have been achieved.
