Job Description: As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential services to help our clients with daily living activities, offering support that promotes their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
• Provide transportation for errands and medical appointments
• Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior
• Keep accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in caregiving preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
