<strong>Job Overview:</strong><br><br>Linde Services Inc. is currently seeking a safety and results driven individual to become our Facilities Superintendent located in Price, UT. This individual has expert knowledge of principles and practices within operations, and an understanding of business strategies and culture, and works to achieve results and drive performance on a location/regional basis.<br><br>Scope: <br><br>The Facilities Superintendent will handle the full responsibilities and activities of the location/district to fulfill business and customer requirements. Supervise employee and operational performance; meet established quality, productivity and cost objectives while <br><br>ensuring adherence to safety and compliance programs.<br><br><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Accountable for managing the day-to-day operations including employee scheduling, product management, maintenance and productivity while promoting safety </li><li>Implement and comply to policies, procedures and senior management's direction related to the business plan</li><li>Assignments are defined in terms of activities or objectives and work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives</li><li>Provide leadership to their team, mentor, and support development of the employees</li><li>Anticipates problems and assists with developing contingencies</li><li>Problem solver in fast paced business</li><li>Regularly interacts with subordinates and middle management</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications</strong>:<br><ul><li>High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred</li><li>Candidate should possess strong working knowledge, literacy and demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office products</li><li>Experience managing and leading a team</li><li>A minimum of 5+ years of successfully leading Operations in similar industry</li><li>Travel: 30-50%</li></ul><br>At Linde, we strive to create a work environment that treats all employees with respect, supports new thoughts and ideas, encourages growth and development, celebrates our differences, and embraces inclusion.
