In this role, you are an advocate for the injured worker / patient to ensure they get adequate care in order to return to work or to the best quality of life as soon as possible. </span></p><p><span>As a field case manager, you have the autonomy to manage your schedule but there are some things you should know: </span></p><ul><li><span>The role requires travel within approximately a 2-hour radius from your home. </span></li><li><span>It is typical for 60-70% of your day to be spent in the car or at doctors’ offices, hospitals, rehab facilities, etc. The rest of the time is spent working from your home office. </span></li><li><span>Your schedule will vary from day to day. Some days might start earlier while other days may end late. Your time is flexible, but you must manage your time to assure your appointments are attended and your reports are completed timely</span></li></ul><p><span>Your success is Paradigm’s success. As a new nurse to workers compensation case management, Paradigm has a Dedicated Training Department that offers a 12-week new hire onboarding program. </span><span>For the entire onboarding and orientation period, you are assigned an onboarding manager who is your guide and mentor. The onboarding manager will meet with you regularly and be your go-to person when you have questions.</span></p><p><span>At Paradigm, you will experience meaningful work, exceptional people, and a collaborative culture.
