Qualifications:

* Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the state of Wisconsin with knowledge of local electrical codes and ability to make on-the-job applications. * Proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines and reading wiring diagrams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Primary Job Functions:

* Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations as it pertains to general electrical in-home service calls. * Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of equipment and electrical faults in residential and commercial settings. * Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. * Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck, * Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets. * Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
