Get more details below.<br><br><ul><li><strong>Contract Duration: </strong>3-4 months</li><li><strong>Worksite Location:</strong> Avon, Minnesota - onsite</li><li><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm</li><li><strong>Hourly Rate: </strong>$25-30/hr W2</li><li><strong>Note: </strong>Position will be supporting a Vice President </li></ul><br><strong>Executive Assistant Job Description: </strong><br><br>The Executive Assistant provides top-tier technical, administrative, and efficiency support to leaders including managing calendars coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with compiling data for and preparing reports, preparing/editing presentations, and researching material.<br><br><strong>What you'll do as the Executive Assistant:</strong><br><ul><li>Take a proactive approach to anticipate the needs of leaders to assist them with being organized and prepared</li><li>Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule meetings according to various schedules and travel</li><li>Provide reminders, prepare and distribute advanced reports, agendas, and materials for meetings, and coordinate meals as requested</li><li>Partner with support staff on an ongoing basis to coordinate multiple demanding calendars</li><li>Compile notes and complex data from meetings</li><li>Create and maintain various databases and spreadsheet files</li><li>Track progress and completion of action items and provide reminders</li><li>Fulfill travel requests by reserving flights, and arranging for lodging, rental cars, and parking</li><li>Support leaders by coordinating their mail and calendar when they are out of the office and determine the level of priority for requests</li></ul><br><strong>What you'll bring to the Executive Assistant role:</strong><br><ul><li>Advanced knowledge of office procedures, office equipment, and computer software normally gained through a two-year, post-high school degree and on-the-job experience</li><li>8+ years of related experience supporting senior or executive leadership</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to protect confidential information and behave in a professional demeanor</li><li>Strong time management skills and be able to multi-task with frequent changes</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts</li><li>Must have the initiative and assertiveness to proactively perform as an agent for the assigned leaders</li></ul>
